In the Kherson region began to withdraw boats for the needs of the Russian army

The acting head of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, said that he ordered to start seizing the boats of local residents in order to use them for the needs of the Russian armed forces, reports TASS.

“Last week I gave the order to collect as many small boats as possible, boats that our military needs,” Saldo told a regional government meeting.

According to Saldo, such actions are in accordance with Russian laws. Moreover, he added that boat owners can count on the support of the local administration. Firstly, for cash payments in the amount of the cost of ships, and secondly, for the return of boats after a certain time, when they are no longer needed by the Russian army.

Earlier, the acting head of the Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, said that a group of Ukrainian troops had been registered on the right bank of the region. According to him, the Ukrainian Armed Forces demonstrate their willingness to force the Dnieper.
