Russia and China signed a memorandum of cooperation between the RF Armed Forces General Staff Military Academy and the PLA National Defense Academy. The document also talks about building relationships between sister cities.
This document was signed after a meeting between the defense ministers of the two countries – Sergei Shoigu and Li Shangfu.
“Dear Comrade Minister, Nihao! I am happy to welcome you and the Chinese delegation to Moscow,” the Russian minister greeted during the talks.
As announced during the meeting, China and Russia have the same opinion on the global transformations of the world, the struggle for multipolarity and the end of American hegemony. The countries have a common approach to reduce tensions in the world. In addition, exercises and other interactions between the military forces of both sides are constantly taking place. Li Shangfu thanked his Russian colleague and noted that Shoigu was the first to congratulate him on his appointment as China’s defense minister.
Earlier, Chinese Defense Ministry spokesman Tan Kefei said that the armed forces of the Russian Federation and China should contribute to the fate of mankind. China can indirectly play a role in the NWO. According to military correspondent Sladkov, half a million soldiers in the DPRK are ready to come to the aid of the Russian army in the NVO zone. This will only happen if China gives the green light to the transfer of soldiers through Pyongyang.
