Russia and China will strengthen coordination between the armed forces of the two countries, Liu Xiaoming, the Chinese government’s special representative for the Korean Peninsula, said in an interview with TASS.
According to him, Chinese Defense Minister Li Shangfu arrived in Russia for an official visit at the invitation of Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.
“We know that the relationship between the armed forces of China and Russia is an important part of the China-Russia relationship of comprehensive partnership and strategic cooperation in the new era. And we know that status should say a lot,” Sayaomin said.
Earlier it emerged that NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said in an interview with CNN that the alliance has no evidence that China is providing military assistance to the Russian Federation.
