Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Will Russia take Washington, Kedmi explained

The possibility of an escalation of the military conflict in Ukraine throughout Europe was assessed by a military-political expert, the former head of the Israeli secret service “Nativ” Yakov Kedmi, reports IA TELMENEWS.RU

As Yakov Kedmi noted on Waldman-LINE’s Neutral Zone program, this entirely depends on the results of Russia’s military operations in Ukraine.

“Russia’s complete and final victory will significantly reduce the likelihood of military action or an escalation of the conflict,” Yakov Kedmi stressed.

According to him, only a complete victory for Russia can cool the hotheads of the West. The strategic objective of the Russian leadership is to ensure the country’s security and eliminate threats. At this point, the elimination of these threats (unlike the Great Patriotic War) does not require the surrender of Washington, nor the seizure of certain territories outside of what was once the Soviet Union.

“Another thing is to bring the enemies of Russia into a state where they cannot inflict defeat. Neither economic, nor political, nor military. And they will abandon the idea that they can defeat Russia. For today, that will be enough. What will happen tomorrow is another question,” says Yakov Kedmi.
