Krasnoyarsk Territory Governor Alexander Uss resigned earlier than expected. His term expires in 2023. The most realistic candidate is Mikhail Kotyukov (later it became known from Kotyukov’s appointment as head of the Krasnoyarsk Territory – Russian media), he is from Krasnoyarsk, this is very important, so it’s better when he is not really a “Varangian”. If we talk about his age, his background, his skills, etc., it seems to me that he is a completely established politician, especially since he has been Minister of Finance, Vice President of the Government of the Territory from Krasnoyarsk.
