The governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Alexander Uss, announced his resignation from the post of head of the region as part of the country’s president’s proposal to continue work at the federal level.
“The other day I had a meeting with the President of our country, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. I received an offer to continue working at the federal level. But at the same time dealing with issues of socio -economic of our region, ”he wrote in his Telegram channel.
The region’s leader expressed his gratitude to the Russian leader for his trust and support.
“I am sure that the Krasnoyarsk Territory will retain the status of one of the key regions of Russia in the future,” Uss added.
Earlier, Alexander Uss thanked Vladimir Putin after sending his son Artem back to Russia. He noted that the path of Artem Uss, who escaped from house arrest in Italy, to Russia was very difficult.
