Hamad Corporation provides emergency and urgent care services around the clock during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday

Today, Thursday, Hamad Medical Corporation announced its provision of emergency and urgent care services in Qatar, during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday.

The Corporation said that the emergency departments of Hamad Medical Corporation will be open around the clock and week to provide emergency medical services, including..

  • Emergency and Accident Department at Hamad General Hospital – Gynecological Emergency Department at the Women’s Health and Research Center – Al Khor Hospital – Al Koubi Hospital – Hazm Mebaireek General Hospital – Al Wakra Hospital

With regard to the urgent care units of the Primary Health Care Corporation, health care will be provided around the clock and week for non-emergency cases, such as minor burns, severe headaches, ear pain, high temperature, dehydration, flu symptoms, sprains, and dizziness. Primary care centers include:

  • Rawdat Al Khail Health Center – Gharrafat Al Rayyan Health Center – Al Kaaban Health Center – Al Sheehaniya Health Center – Al Ruwais Health Center – Muaither Health Center – Abu Bakr Al Siddiq Health Center – Umm Salal Health Center – Al Mashaf Health Center

HMC noted that visitors to Qatar who have health insurance will be able to use private medical facilities for emergencies and urgent care cases to obtain high-quality services. The private medical facilities are:

  • Al Wakra Clinics and Urgent Cases Unit – Al Emadi Hospital Clinics – North – Aman Hospital – Al Fardan Medical and Northwestern Medicine – Future Health Center – Hospital "The View"
  • Turkish Hospital – Rehan Medical Complex – Dr. Moopen Aster Hospital – Sidra Medicine – West Bay Medicare – Al Emadi Hospital – Doha Hospital and Clinic – Al Ahli Hospital – Naseem Al Rabeeh Medical Center – Queen Hospital

The Foundation said that the ambulance service will be available 24/7 for patients with severe medical emergencies, and to reach the ambulance service, the Foundation indicated to call 999.
