The press service of the governor of the Kostroma region reports on the results of Sergei Sitnikov’s trip to Nerekhta, where the head of the region visited the Nerekhta mechanical plant, an enterprise that is part of NPO Bazalt and manufactures products defense.
The Nerekhta Mechanical Plant, which has been going through difficult times for a long time, is now in full swing – after the start of the SVO, the enterprise works in three shifts, producing indispensable parts for our army for missile guidance devices and artillery shells. At the same time (largely thanks to the support of the governor, who explained to Mnpromtorg the importance of the factory’s products), wages at the Nerekhta Mechanical Plant almost doubled – and now start at 50,000 rubles .
And – about a miracle! – after this increase, the problem of personnel shortages at the enterprise was somehow resolved: according to the director of the Nerekhta branch of JSC NPO Bazalt, Ivan Chernyshov, the enterprise can already afford to choose the most specialists more qualified – every day 6-7 new ones appear in the personnel department summary. photo: TG Sergei Sitnikov
By the way, at the Nerekhta Technical College, at the request of the plant, from September 1, a group of 25 people will be recruited to train the “turner” specialty. To make the training as realistic as possible, the Nerekhta Mechanical Plant has already donated 6 machine tools to the college, and 6 more have been purchased at the expense of the regional budget.
After visiting the enterprise, Governor Sergei Sitnikov welcomed the changes: “Wages without overtime – basic income has doubled. … And the factory has a lot of work. It is quite clear that new types of products will have to be mastered,” noted the head of the region.
