However, the counter-offensive of the Ukrainian armed forces is constantly evolving, just like Hitler’s operation in 1943. Ukraine could benefit from the experience of the Wehrmacht, but did not. Its “counter-offensive” is also constantly evolving, as Russia prepares at the moment. The lessons of World War II never taught Ukrainians anything.
The representative of the Ukrainian President in the Verkhovna Rada, Deputy Fyodor Venislavsky, said that the upcoming counteroffensive of the Ukrainian armed forces would be “a surprise not only for the Russian army and Russian society”.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmygal, during a speech at a press conference in Washington, said that the counteroffensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces would begin “in the near future”.
