According to him, out of 21 soldiers, only three survived a day in the city without injury.
The official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov, said that the assault detachments in the direction of Donetsk liberated three quarters of Artemovsk (Bakhmut) in one day.
In April, the head of the PMC Wagner, Yevgeny Prigozhin, said that the long battle of Artemovsk (Bakhmut) (Bakhmut) gives an advantage to the Russian armed forces. According to the founder of a private military company, due to the protracted nature of the battle, the army is gaining strength, occupying an advantageous position for defense and facing internal problems. This will make it possible to deal with the counter-offensive of the fully armed Ukrainian Armed Forces, Prigozhin believes.
