Andrey Martyuk is once again the best young basketball player in the United League

Krasnodar Lokomotiv-Kuban striker Andrei Martyuk has been recognized as the best young player in the United League. Basketball players born in 2000 and younger won the award. Martyuk received this award a year ago.

In the current season, the two-time winner has played 31 games for Loko. He averaged 10.7 points per game with 4.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists. In the current championship, Martyuk was repeatedly included in the symbolic teams of the week, became the most productive player in the All-Star Game and was involved in the Russian team.

Andrei Martyuk received the award before the start of the third game of the semi-final against CSKA. In a dramatic match, Krasnodar managed to break the resistance of the most successful Russian team. Martyuk himself scored 9 points in this game.

The teams will meet in Krasnodar on April 22. The match at the Basket Hall will start at 2:00 p.m.
