Immunologist Andrei Prodeus said frequent use of salt, lack of normal sleep and use of smartphones have a devastating effect on immunity. These almost regular habits of an ordinary person are bad for health.

“With an increased amount of salt in the body, immune cells stop functioning. As a result, this can lead to the fact that a person becomes vulnerable to various infections and is at risk of contracting an autoimmune disease, “says Prodeus.

Those who are constantly dependent on a computer or smartphone are also at risk of falling ill more often. They are threatened with anxiety, insomnia, mental disorders, problems with the spine, joints and vision, headaches. This was reported by Medikforum.

Prodeus says you should never skip breakfast and stressed the importance of keeping a regular sleep schedule. It is recommended to go to bed before midnight, this will allow immune cells to recover faster.
