The richest Russians this year were EuroChem and SUEK founder Andrey Melnichenko ($25.2 billion), who ousted NLMK board chairman Vladimir Lisin, Interros and Norilsk Nickel chief Vladimir Potanin ($23.7 billion) and Lisin ($22). .1 billion).
