Jammu and Kashmir: A record number of tourists reached the Tulip Garden in Srinagar.

Srinagar. Asia’s largest tulip garden located near Dal Lake in the city is also famous in countries like Argentina and a record 3.7 lakh tourists, including foreign tourists, visited the tulip garden this season. In-charge of the garden Inam-ur Rehman told PTI. Told that Indira Gandhi Tulip Garden was earlier known as Siraj Bagh and tourists from all over the country and abroad come to see it.

Rahman said on Friday, “Today is the 32nd day of the tulip show. The Tulip garden has received more than 3.7 lakh tourists so far, out of which more than three lakh tourists were from the country. The response from foreign tourists has also been very good as more than 3,000 foreign tourists have visited the garden. He said that the Tulip Show was successful as the tourist footfall was highest this year. Last year 3.6 lakh tourists visited the park.

Rahman said, “Our mission is to make it a global identity and we are moving forward in this direction. Tourists visit the garden from Thailand, America, European countries and Argentina. He said that the tulip garden plays an important role in promoting the tourism industry in Kashmir. The tulips are now in the last stage of blooming but still a sizeable number of people visit the garden. Ngoynoy, a tourist from Thailand, said, “We don’t have a garden like this in Thailand. is so pretty. There are many species of tulips of different colors here. My friends and I really liked it.

He said, “It is really beautiful. Our visit to Kashmir was memorable.
