Hundreds of residents of Rostov-on-Don were left without hot water for several days. The mass outages began on April 21.
The administration of the capital of the Don explained that on this day experts began to test the heating networks for the maximum temperature of the coolant. In order not to damage the internal heating systems, the hot water supply was cut off.
Citizens living within the borders of Sokolov – Malyugin – 21st Line – Coastal and Sokolov – Coastal – Khalturinsky – Pushkinskaya sit without boiling water. In addition to high-rise buildings and private houses, there is no hot water in administrative buildings and social facilities (schools, nurseries, etc.)
They promise to get the water hot no earlier than April 25. Until then, utilities will be engaged in checking the heating network. Unless of course many defects are revealed during this period. Then the dates can be postponed. However, emergency recovery teams are on high alert, so there shouldn’t be any issues fixing the breakthroughs.
