Lucknow: Gujarat Titans captain Hardik Pandya won the toss and elected to bat against Lucknow Super Giants on Saturday.
On electing to bat first on a slow pitch at the Ekana Stadium, Pandya said his team would aim to post a challenging total. Noor Ahmed has been included in the playing XI in place of Alzarri Joseph. On the other hand, Lucknow Supergiants have also made only one change in their playing XI. Experienced Amit Mishra has been recalled to the squad in place of Yudhveer Singh.
Both the teams are as follows:- Gujarat Titans: Shubman Gill, Wriddhiman Saha, Hardik Pandya (Captain), Vijay Shankar, Abhinav Manohar, David Miller, Rahul Tewatia, Rashid Khan, Noor Ahmed, Mohammed Shami and Mohit Sharma.
Super Giants: KL Rahul (Captain), Kyle Mayers, Deepak Hooda, Krunal Pandya, Marcus Stoinis, Nicholas Pooran (Wicketkeeper), Ayush Badoni, Ravi Bishnoi, Avesh Khan, Naveen-ul-Haq and Amit Mishra.
