According to the information, the CBI has sent summons to former Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik asking him to answer the questioning in connection with the alleged insurance scam in the Union Territory. If reports are to be believed, Malik said in this matter that the CBI has called for some clarifications. However, this claim has not been confirmed by the CBI.
If media reports are to be believed, Malik has confirmed about the CBI summons. He said right now I am going to Rajasthan, so I have given him the date of 27th to 29th April when I will be available. He was questioned by the CBI last year in connection with the alleged scam.
