Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has instructed to prepare amendments on the right to local self-government by May 17 to develop social support measures for the families of NVO soldiers. This was reported on the Cabinet’s website.

“The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Economic Development have been tasked with preparing proposals to introduce legislative changes which include empowering local governments with the right to develop and implement measures of social support and assistance to the families of military personnel participating in a special military operation. Deadline is May 17,” the post read.

Mishustin, during a report on the government’s work for 2022 in the State Duma, said that a sanctions strike had been imposed on Russia, which had not been equal in strength in history recent.

Recall that Russian President Vladimir Putin, when announcing the message to the Federal Assembly, announced the creation of a completely new mechanism to help the families of the dead and veterans of Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine. “Paragraph” figured out what it would be like.
