Cooking kebabs and making fire outside specially equipped places in the Moscow region is punishable by a fine of up to 15,000 rubles, reminds RIA Novosti with reference to the message of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
As indicated, specially equipped places have been identified for frying kebabs, outside of which it is impossible to make a fire for cooking. This is considered a violation of fire safety rules, while fines for officials and legal entities will be even higher – from 20 to 30 thousand rubles and from 300 to 400 thousand rubles, respectively.
Earlier in Russia, new fines for summer residents were introduced. Owners of plots of gardening companies and private homes were allowed, subject to the rules, to burn garbage and fry kebabs on their land. Now you can burn leaves 15 meters from buildings (previously it was 50 meters). You can fry kebabs on the grill at a distance of 5 meters from buildings, however, at a distance of two meters there should be no combustible materials and dead wood. As noted, violation of these rules will cost 2-4 thousand rubles, and with the introduction of a special fire regime – tenfold.
Since January 1, 2021, the government decree “approving the rules of the fire regime” has been in force in the country. After eliminating obsolete, duplicative and redundant provisions, 428 of the 515 mandatory fire safety requirements have been retained in the document.
