The Earth is currently experiencing a powerful magnetic storm. Doctors advise especially sensitive people to minimize stress and physical activity, says cardiologist Sergey Vasilyev, reports Life edition.

According to the expert, magnetic storms are a great stress for the human body. To avoid side effects of harmful external influences, the cardiologist advises drinking less alcohol, avoiding temperature changes or excessive physical activity.

It would be better to move work to the dacha if the natural phenomenon drags on, the May holidays may not be so pleasant. The specialist also advised, if possible, to postpone work matters and important meetings.

There are also a few things you can do to reduce the intensity of this stress. For example, a hot bath, going to bed early, relaxing, maybe somewhere even leaving work early,” Vasilyev said.

Previously, cardiologist Panova pointed to an unusual link between leg pain and heart disease. Blood circulation works in such a way that blood is directed from the heart to the legs and back.
