The wife of the captain of the yacht “30 minutes”, which was allegedly captured by pirates in the Red Sea, informed Zvezda about the current situation. At present, the situation of the missing ship is being worked out at the embassy level, but no information has been received from the suspected hijackers.
“We have applied everywhere, everyone promises to help, we are not yet informed of the results of the search. The last time my husband and I were in contact Monday to Tuesday, he reported that they were leave this place early in the morning. Specifically, nothing came to us from the pirates – no demand, no ransom. We only know one thing – the ship did not sink,” Nadezhda said.
Recall that the ship left the Saudi port on April 17-18 and was supposed to arrive in Djibouti on the 19th. However, the connection was lost after that. Hope suggests the yacht may have been attacked by pirates. The woman added that negotiations should begin.
