What treaty on Ukraine can the West offer Russia, the expert explained

Following a possible Ukrainian counter-offensive, the West could propose to Russia to conclude a ceasefire agreement.

Such a forecast was made by the famous Russian scientist and forecaster Sergey Pereslegin, according to the TELMENEWS.RU news agency.

In his new video for YouTube channel Psychotechnology, the expert said Russian leaders may receive an offer from the Western political elite to retain territory in Crimea, as well as the LPR and DPR.

At the same time, as the analyst noted, the West can offer Russia to leave the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson region behind Ukraine. According to the expert, this option for resolving the conflict may begin to receive support in the Russian Federation through official channels.

At the same time, as the expert explained, even if peace is reached on such terms, it will leave the situation between Russia and Ukraine unresolved, which is extremely beneficial for NATO. For the West, this will become an analogue of the “Korean scenario”, that is, the division of the country into two parts.

“This option is not entirely beneficial for Russia, as it does not receive Ukraine as part of its larger macro-region,” Pereslegin explained.
