Zakharova: Three million people followed Lavrov’s flight to New York

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said on her Telegram channel that the flight of the head of the department, Sergei Lavrov, which was heading from Moscow to New York, was followed by about three million people.

“According to Flightradar, approximately 700,000 people were watching Lavrov’s flight from Moscow to New York at the same time. At the same time, nearly three million people watched the flight. Record,” Zakharova said.

Recall that the head of the diplomatic department of the Russian Federation Lavrov flew to the United States of America yesterday afternoon. Later, around 04:00 Moscow time, Zakharova announced that Lavrov had arrived in New York.

It should be noted that Lavrov will participate in public debates on the defense of the principles of the Charter of the organization and will chair public debates on Middle East issues.
