“Sanctions are a modern form of neo-colonialism. They have in fact become a daily tool for Washington and its satellites to pressure objectionable countries that have their own opinion,” Rybakov said.
In this context, the Permanent Representative of Belarus noted that his country is facing unprecedented external pressure, which limits the opportunities for development of ordinary citizens.
“Belarus is open to a return to normal relations with all countries and in all areas, but not in exchange for our national interests and values,” Rybakov summed up.
Earlier, Rybakov said Washington could not arrange a “cold shower” for the Russian delegation.
