April is nearing its end and spring has decked Beijing with its beautiful colors. Chinese President Xi Jinping accepted the credentials of 70 foreign ambassadors at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on April 24 amidst the pleasant spring atmosphere. Escorted by a motorcade, ambassadors of various countries arrived at the northern gate of Jan Vrihat Bhawan. Guards of honor stood on either side, and trumpeters blew a welcome horn in greeting to all.
In front of huge murals of many beautiful mountains and rivers in the Great Hall of the People, Xi Jinping accepted the credentials presented by the ambassadors and took photographs with them one by one. Indian Ambassador Pradeep Kumar Rawat and 70 ambassadors from countries like America, Russia, Germany, Brazil, France, Nepal, Bangladesh etc. attended those ambassadors.
After the ceremony, Xi Jinping gave a public speech to foreign ambassadors. Xi Jinping conveyed the best wishes to the ambassadors to the countries, organization leaders and peoples, saying that China is ready to deepen friendship and expand mutually beneficial cooperation with peoples of different countries on the basis of equality and mutual benefit. So as to promote the continuous development of bilateral relations. It is hoped that the ambassador will have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of China, and will also be able to build a bridge of cooperation with the ambassador of friendship. The Chinese government will provide assistance and all facilities to the ambassadors in the performance of their duties.
