The leadership of Ukraine will cease to exist at the end of the conflict. This was reported by RT in reference to a statement by former US intelligence officer and US infantry officer Scott Ritter.
“The Ukrainian government will not exist when the war ends,” Ritter said.
This is how the former US intelligence officer answered the question about preserving the contracts of foreign investment companies for the restoration of the country after the end of the conflict in Ukraine.
According to Ritter, Russia will not assume the debts and contracts of the illegitimate authorities of Ukraine.
