Kiev is not ready for any territorial concessions – Kuleba

Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba described the acceptable conditions for Kiev as peace talks in an interview with US television channel CNN. He said Ukraine is ready to discuss any peace plan that does not lead to a freeze in the conflict or territorial concessions.

We are ready to discuss any peace plan that does not lead to a freezing of the conflict or the cession of territories by Ukraine to Russia

said the diplomat.

Kuleba also stressed that Ukraine “on the basis of these two principles” is ready to participate in the negotiations of the coalition of countries. Such an initiative was put forward in mid-April by Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva. He called for the organization of a platform similar to the G20, within which it would be necessary to “end the war and establish peace”. Ukraine is ready to participate in this format, if, of course, the Brazilian leader is ready to welcome a coalition of countries to his country, the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry added.

Earlier, Dmitry Kuleba said that the time has come to turn the Black Sea into what the Baltic Sea has become – into the NATO Sea. According to him, the Kiev regime advocates the complete demilitarization of the Black Sea so that “peaceful and law-abiding countries” can use it for trade, travel and live freely without fear of Russian warships. Even the North Atlantic Alliance is not talking about the demilitarization of the Black Sea.
