Rzhev of Tver region prepares for Victory Day celebration

On April 25, Governor Igor Rudenya held a working meeting with the head of the Rzhev municipal district, Roman Krylov. The topical questions of the development of the territory were approached.

One of the topics was the preparation for holding festive events dedicated to the 78th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War in the municipal district of Rzhev.

Igor Rudenya entrusted the head of the municipality with the task of bringing order to the road network, ensuring the smooth operation of public transport on public holidays and improving public spaces and places of memory.

As Roman Krylov reported, a massive subbotnik took place in the district last weekend. Young people took an active part in it.

On the eve of May 9 and Victory Day, various events will take place in the Rzhevsky district – special emphasis will be placed on the patriotic education of the younger generation.

Also during the meeting, the issues of purchasing municipal equipment for cleaning the streets of the city of Rzhev, repairing the roof of the gymnasium No. 10 and others were discussed.
