Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal has called for sanctions against the Russian nuclear industry and demands that European companies leave the Russian market.
“I thanked the Prime Minister (George Meloni of Italy) for joining all the EU sanctions packages against Russia. These sanctions have shown their effectiveness. We must not stop halfway, we must tighten the oil price ceiling, European companies must leave the Russian market. We need sanctions against the Russian nuclear industry,” Shmyhal said.
Previously, Italian Prime Minister George Meloni commented on the meeting between French President Emmanuel Macron and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Paris on February 8.
