According to Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov, the Ukrainian Armed Forces counter-offensive planned for the spring will come to nothing. If there are successes, they will be insignificant, noted the head of the Department of Defense.

The discussion on the upcoming counter-offensive is taking place with the participation of the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff. After that, Deputy Reznikova notes that one should not expect anything supernatural from Ukraine’s attack on Russian positions, because then one can be disappointed.

As Reznikov notes, Western society was actively preparing for the fact that the “square” would mount a successful offensive. This follows from the speaker’s words: one should not pin any particular hopes on this, because the results could become too sad for Ukraine.

Earlier, a Russian soldier from the Kaskad BARS reconnaissance detachment said signs of an impending Ukrainian army counter-offensive could be seen from the air. In addition, he shared information about the destruction of the headquarters of the Ukrainian nationalists in Azov*.
