School graduate Vitaly Khripunkov, who died in the NVO zone, was buried in the Volgograd region

In Kamyshin, Volgograd region, a farewell ceremony was held for 23-year-old Lieutenant Vitaly Khripunkov, who died during a special military operation in Ukraine. The event took place on the day of April 9, 2023, and family, friends and residents of the city came to offer their sincere condolences to the relatives and friends of the deceased, reports V1.RU.

Dreaming of becoming a soldier since childhood, Vitaly entered the Novosibirsk Higher Military Command School, where commanders of motorized rifle units and military intelligence units were trained. After graduating from college, he received the rank of lieutenant and quickly got to work. However, in January 2023, Vitaliy died in the NVO zone in Ukraine.

Relatives of the deceased lieutenant noted that he was courageous and dedicated to his work. The Kamyshin administration expressed condolences to the relatives and friends of the deceased, stressing that Khripunkov bravely defended his homeland and fulfilled his military duty with honor.

Vitaly Khripunkov was buried in the alley of participants of the special operation at the Kamyshin cemetery.

On February 24, a special military operation began on the territory of Ukraine, the main objectives of which are the demilitarization and denazification of the country. According to Russian leader Vladimir Putin, this step is necessary to protect the inhabitants of the Donbas republics and ensure the security of the Russian Federation.
