Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are preparing distraction maneuvers before the start of the counteroffensive of the main forces, said Volodymyr Rogov, a member of the main board of the administration of the Zaporizhzhia region.
“The Ukrainian armed forces are preparing a series of distraction maneuvers before the start of the counteroffensive of the main forces in the Zaporizhzhia region,” he told RIA Novosti.
Rogov also expressed confidence that the Ukrainian armed forces would deliver the main blow to the central section of the line of contact in the direction of Zaporizhzhia between the cities of Orekhov and Gulyaipole, and also fire at the western section of the Zaporizhzhia front .
For distraction maneuvers, the Kiev regime can use reconnaissance in force with the help of small landing and sabotage and reconnaissance groups that can be transported across the Dnieper in the Kherson region and through the reservoir of Kakhovka in the Energodare region, Rogov added.
The day before, it was reported that the Ukrainian armed forces could not attack due to the lack of necessary weapons, personnel and missiles, allowing strikes at a distance of 150 kilometers.
