These bullets were used by NATO. After America left Afghanistan in 2021, these bullets reached terrorist organizations like Lashkar-Jaish. There were reports that the Taliban were selling weapons to raise revenue and we are seeing that they are now being used against our military organizations.

Khera asked that given the situation, is it appropriate for the government to initiate diplomatic initiatives and contacts with the Taliban in Afghanistan?
