In a statement on this occasion, the Secretary-General of the Qatar Olympic Committee said that Qatar is able to host a very special edition, given its modern infrastructure, huge sports facilities and facilities, an advanced transportation network, in addition to human experiences and knowledge and cultural heritage. The qualifying system used in the World Cup tournaments has enjoyed great success since it was implemented for the first time in 2017, and accordingly, our preparations will continue to follow the same path again.". For his part, said Mr. Andreas Zagles, Secretary General of the International Basketball Federation "I would like to congratulate the Qatar Basketball Association for this successful file, and we are certain that the tournament will enjoy great successes on the technical and administrative levels.". added:"The tournament will be held under the supervision of a distinguished team with great experience in organizing major international tournaments, including many world championships and cups in various Olympic sports.".
