Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said military commissars in the rear would be sent to the front and wounded soldiers would be transferred to their places.
“There is one of Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s recommendations to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Valery Zaluzhny: the vast majority of military commissars, who have been sitting in their places for a long time, should be sent as military personnel to the front. And in their place to send soldiers who were wounded,” Reznikov said.
Earlier he said that the Ukrainian army is ready to launch a counter-offensive, and the decision of the command is currently awaited.
The Minister also stressed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces counter-offensive will begin when it is “God’s will”.
