“Sputnik” quoted a Russian field commander as saying, “There are only a few blocks left for Russian forces before they take over the entirety of Mariinka.”
The Russian field commander, who is in charge of a unit called ‘Grom’, added: “We have practically expelled the enemy (from Mariinka), and there are only a few scattered squares left before the enemy is defeated from the city”, noting that there are “a few quarters left before the enemy is expelled from the area”.

In the town of Kostantinovka, Russian forces shelled installations belonging to the Ukrainian army in the town.
