Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

In Yekaterinburg, Wildberries delivered panties to a woman instead of patriotic caps

A resident of Yekaterinburg received panties for women in labor and other utensils from Wildberries instead of patriotic caps. The woman ordered the uniform for a school concert.

The money for the payment was collected by the whole class. However, instead of 28 caps, the service offered the customer to take only three, as the rest of the set of goods did not correspond to the order, reports E1.RU.

Initially, Wildberries technical support offered the woman from Yekaterinburg to buy all the delivered items, and then issue a refund. Or refuse unnecessary goods, while paying 100 rubles for each.

After publicizing the problem in the media, the market’s press service promised not to take money for the return, as well as to deliver the rest of the caps free of charge. The overlay, according to the employees, occurred due to the assignment of an incorrect barcode.

Earlier it was reported that the Moscow region department of Rospotrebnadzor won a lawsuit against Wildberries, which required buyers to pay for the return of substandard goods.
