Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Mother of four children achieves sterilization after applying to the Russian Ministry of Health

A woman from Nizhny Tagil underwent a sterilization procedure at the request of the Russian Ministry of Health.

The law gives the right to such an operation to mothers of two or more children and women over 35 years old. A 27-year-old mother from the Urals, who had given birth many times, was denied antenatal care because of her age.

“I was very upset and decided to consult with everyone I could. Everyone unanimously told me that their refusal was illegal. They advised me to write a complaint about this to the Ministry of Health, which I did,” the Russian woman said.

The woman was approved for the sterilization procedure. Now she is taking all the necessary tests and is preparing for the operation, which should take place in early May, reports TagilCity.ru .
