Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan gave an interview to local TV stations for the first time since suffering from stomach flu. The country’s leader said he felt good.
“Better, thank God. You have noticed that we have already restored our program on the ground,” he said.
On Thursday April 27, the head of Turkey’s Health Ministry, Fahrettin Koca, said Erdogan’s state of health was considered good. He added that the Turkish leader would resume his program as soon as possible.
On the same day, Vladimir Putin, along with Recep Tayyip Erdogan, participated via video link in the nuclear fuel delivery ceremony at the Akkuyu nuclear power plant in Gulnar, Turkey. The Russian leader was the first to greet his counterpart with a wave of his hand.
