Iran arrested people who tried to incite unrest.

Tehran. Iran has arrested a group of people who tried to incite unrest in the country by planning a nationwide strike and the case of ‘poisoning fake students’ has come to the fore again. The semi-official Fars news agency gave this information on Sunday.

The report quoted sources as saying that those arrested were linked to anti-Islamic groups, the anti-Iran Mujahideen-e Khalq organization as well as French spy agents.

The report said that all those arrested had criminal records and were briefly detained, but released under a pardon granted by Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
