State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin spoke about the situation of bloggers who teach their subscribers about life and at the same time do not pay taxes, earning huge amounts of money from people.
According to the Chairman of the State Duma, such matters should be placed under the special control of the Federal Tax Service – this department has all the necessary means to detect such crimes.
“Making big fortunes on people’s trust, some, as we see, use fraudulent schemes to avoid paying taxes…As time has shown, it is often the ones who try to teach life by mastering social networks, ”he wrote in his Telegram channel.
The funds that will be recovered from bloggers who have not paid taxes should be spent on repairing schools, hospitals and supporting the military and their families, Volodin believes.
Earlier it became known that blogger Elena Blinovskaya, famous for her “wish marathons”, was charged with tax evasion. We are talking about an amount of more than 918 million rubles. The woman was placed under house arrest.
