Zelenskyy / official Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has officially recognized “Rashism” as the state ideology of the Russian Federation. The corresponding decision was published on May 2. It is known that the project is planned to be submitted to the UN so that the organization also recognizes it.
The text of the project reports the features of the “Rashism” ideology invented by Kyiv, which Russia is supposed to promote. The Verkhovna Rada notes that the presence of Rashism, according to the document, is justified by “the cult of force and militarism, the cult of the leader’s personality and the sacralization of state institutions.”
Furthermore, the Rada notes that signs of a fictitious ideology are also “the self-aggrandizement of Russia and Russians through violent oppression and/or denial of the existence of other peoples.” At the same time, the multinationality of the Russian Federation itself, for some reason, does not bother Ukrainian politicians, 281 of whom voted “for” recognition.
