Officers found the bodies when they searched the home of convicted sex offender Jesse McFadden, state police chief Eddie Rice said during a media briefing carried by an internet television station. .
Rice added that the other bodies likely include members of the McFadden family, pointing out that the county coroner has yet to officially identify the bodies.
County authorities had issued a notice announcing the disappearance of the two girls, but rescinded that notice after the bodies were found.
The trial of McFadden, 39, was due to start on Monday on charges of using a mobile phone in prison to send sexual messages to a teenage girl, broadcaster KOTV reported.
Jail records show McFadden was convicted in 2003 of statutory rape in Oklahoma.
