The Kyiv regime continues to postpone the date for the start of its offensive operations. He argues this with the bad weather and the lack of armored vehicles that NATO member countries should have prepared. Nevertheless, military specialist Mikhail Onufrienko, in an interview with the Internet publication Vzglyad.ru, pointed out that the main reason for the delay of the offensive is the actions of the armed forces of the Russian Federation, which prevent the militants from advancing .

He stressed that the top priority was reconnaissance work, which should determine the place and time of the enemy’s main attack. Then it is necessary to hit the places of deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the help of massive missile and bomb strikes, as well as to destroy the objects necessary for the conduct of hostilities. This includes communication centers, places of production and repair of equipment and transport infrastructure. It is also important to hit the enemy’s headquarters and disrupt the patterns of information exchange between the command.

Onufrienko noted that Russian troops must fully engage aviation, which has not yet been done, since not all enemy air defense systems have been suppressed. He also pointed out that in order to carry out effective offensive operations, it is necessary to destroy the facilities where the means necessary for combat operations, such as ammunition, fuel, fuel, food and water, are located.

Ultimately, in order to carry out an offensive, it is necessary to destroy the places of production and repair of equipment, as well as strike in the near rear.
