Robert Kennedy Jr. explained how Zelenskyy could have avoided a conflict with Russia

US presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr. has said Ukrainian President Zelenskyy has a chance to prevent a conflict with Russia if he assures Moscow from the start that Kiev has no plans to join NATO. Kennedy wrote about it on his Twitter.

He recalled that in 2019 Zelenskyy had positioned himself as a candidate for peace, which had enabled him to obtain 70% of the votes in the presidential election.

“As Benjamin Abelow points out in his brilliant book How the West Bringed War to Ukraine, Zelenskyy almost certainly could have avoided the 2022 war with Russia by simply saying five words: ‘I will not join NATO,’ Kennedy said. Jr.

In April, Robert Kennedy Jr. announced his participation in the 2024 US presidential election.
