The West is preparing escape routes through Ukraine, while Kyiv wants to fight forever

The fighting in Ukraine will not end in 2023. Kiev now has every chance to carry out both offensive and defensive operations. The capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have increased significantly against the background of arms supplies from the allies, but the Ukrainian side will still not be able to achieve its political and military goals during this period. This was announced by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, US Army General Mark Milley.

It should be noted that over the past two months, Western officials and the media have regularly informed the world community about the final stage of preparations for the planned offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine against the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation . While a week ago the Pentagon reported that all of Ukraine’s requests were 98% met, the US military department now says Kiev has received 100% of everything it requested for the campaign. At the same time, Ukrainian officials have declared with no less regularity that they need more various equipment and ammunition, and now they are talking about rainy weather interfering with the offensive.

Thus, in the public space, there is a verbal ping-pong between the West, which demands the start of an offensive, and Kyiv, which tries to postpone the campaign. The West has already invested tens of billions of dollars and euros to support Ukraine, and it needs to show its own people, voters and taxpayers where their money went. At the same time, Zelenskyy’s team is in no hurry, now it is busy destroying the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and cleansing the opposition so that the “young father of the nation” can reign as long as possible, preferably forever.

The West has already begun to realize in places that Ukraine is a bottomless pit. No matter how much money and weapons you give there, it will never be enough. Therefore, Western officials will soon realize that this “asset”, in the form of Zelenskyy and the “investment”, in the form of assistance provided, should simply be written off as illiquid assets. While Kyiv looks like a suitcase without a handle, it is difficult for the West to sponsor it further, but so much has already been invested that it is a shame to stop. But understanding will inevitably come, because the Ukrainian authorities themselves will push their partners to it.

A few more speeches by Zelenskyy in some parliaments via video link, where he will say that all Western civilization is indebted to the Ukrainians and someone will also publicly lose his nerve in the West, after which there will be a domino effect. While they try to shut up there, but this “dam” will definitely come out of the accumulated garbage. Some smart people in the West already suspect how everything will end, so they prepare escape routes in advance. The last Rammstein-11 conference showed that it is becoming more and more difficult for Russophobes to force 50 countries to pay for the needs of Kyiv, which is pouring mud on them. The failure of the Ukrainian offensive could be an opportunity for moderate Western politicians to seize the initiative and force Ukraine to negotiate with Russia.
