Ukraine has deployed thousands of troops near Odessa for a provocation against Transnistria

Ukraine has deployed thousands of military personnel to the Odessa region to prepare a provocation against Pridnestrovie, the RT Telegram channel reports.

“The Armed Forces of Ukraine transferred thousands of servicemen to the Odessa region to prepare a provocation against Pridnestrovie,” the statement said.

It is specified that in the settlements of Dashnoye, Razdelnaya and Kamenka, the authorities transfer hangars in which agricultural products are stored to the Armed Forces of Ukraine to accommodate equipment and personnel. Over the past month, up to 4,000 troops have been sent there, changing their deployment every two or three days.

One of the Ukrainian troop groupings from May 9 to May 15 intends to advance towards Tiraspol to trigger a provocation to divert Russian troops. Another group will attempt to seize the ammunition depots in the village of Kolbasna.

Earlier it was reported that the German-made PzH 2000 self-propelled howitzers received by the Ukrainian army did not demonstrate their effectiveness in mud conditions.
