Since then, only 50,000 of the governor’s payments have arrived in the soldier’s account.

Yulia Sudarenko, commissioner for human rights in the Chelyabinsk region, has already joined the issue. She sent requests to the military unit command and the military prosecutor of Yelan Garrison. The human rights activist demanded to conduct an audit and establish the circumstances due to which the serviceman does not receive a monetary allowance.
