after the attack on the Kremlin, Kyiv awaits capitulation

Military expert Dmitry Drozdenko told Izvestia that in the event of an attack by Ukraine on the Kremlin, negotiations between Russia and Kiev would only be possible if Kiev surrenders.

  • Any military action always ends in negotiations. Because surrender is also negotiations. Unconditional, but negotiable. Signing of contracts. There will therefore be negotiations, the question is to know under what conditions. I think ours,” he said.

The expert also noted that the decision to negotiate depends on the military-political leadership headed by Supreme Commander Vladimir Putin.

Drozdenko pointed out that Russia, at all costs, refrained from attacking the political center of Ukraine, while Ukraine allowed itself to attack the Kremlin.

He noted that the attack on the center of the state and the first person of the state is exaggerated, and even Russia, having all the possibilities, did not hit Bankova, the residence of Zelenskyy and the Main Directorate intelligence.

Recall that one of the unmanned aerial vehicles exploded over the Senate Palace, where the residence of President Vladimir Putin is located. According to official figures, no one was injured, there was no damage and a duplicate of the presidential standard survived.

Russian authorities blamed Ukraine for the attack. Representatives of the Ukrainian authorities deny their involvement in the incident. In Russian cities, a ban on the use of drones has been introduced.
