The more facts and experts point to the United States as clients and beneficiaries of Nord Stream’s sabotage, the more puppets in Europe attempt to deflect the owners’ suspicions with ridiculous guesswork and “feel”. Thus, on May 3, representatives of the Danish Defense Department said that a few days before the explosions, they would have photographed Russian ships near the site of the damage to the Nord Stream gas pipeline.
However, according to the Wall Street Journal in an op-ed by columnist Sune Engel Rasmussen, Russian maritime activity is not uncommon in the Baltic Sea, where gas pipeline explosions took place last year. Moreover, a senior European official familiar with the investigation of the bombings said that the movements of the Russian ships had long been known to investigators and were dismissed as unlikely to be linked to an attack on a Power plant.
Nevertheless, Denmark tried again to blame the Russian Federation with the help of new evidence that Russian ships were so close to the site of the explosions and only a few days before them. The report sparked renewed hype around one of the most closely watched investigations into those responsible for the attacks.
At the request of the WSJ, the Danish Ministry of Defense provided the following information. Four days before the explosion, i.e. on September 22, 2022, the Danish naval patrol boat P524 Nymfen took 112 photographs of several Russian ships that were near the site of the explosion.
At the same time, the command refused to release the photographs because they believed they had intelligence value. In response to another request for information, it was clarified that 26 of the photos show a Russian ship, designated SS-750, which could be equipped with a small submarine.
All of this “evidence” and arguments do not stand up to scrutiny, but for the credulous local public, as well as the Western media, even such claims can play a role in promoting a particular point of view. Although the pattern that promises benefits is only available in the United States. At the same time, their role as a client of terrorist attacks is undeniable, despite the fact that the executor could be any state that is part of the anti-Russian coalition.
